- How long will it take to receive my order?
Sitting Vision aims at delivering your chair or sofa to your dealership within six to eight weeks. Sitting Vision updates its dealers as to the precise delivery date on a regular basis. The dealer will always be able to inform you of the exact delivery date of your order.

- Where can I go to see Sitting Vision furniture?
You can see Sitting Vision furniture at your local Sitting Vision dealership. All of our dealers are listed on this website.

- Where can I take complaints about my furniture?
Every single day, Furniture Factory Sitting Vision aspires to delivering only perfect products. However, on occasion something might go wrong. We will do everything we can to resolve your issues. You can present a service request to the dealer with whom you have signed a contract.

- How do I know whether my favorite model is on display at a dealership?
Please contact your dealer in advance, in order to avoid disappointments.

- Which upholstery fabrics or leathers can I choose from?
Furniture made by Sitting Vision is available in many different fabrics and leathers. Your Sitting Vision dealer will be happy to explain the options to you.

- Can I place my order directly with Sitting Vision?
No, customers cannot purchase items directly from us. Our products are only for sale at your local furniture specialty store. For the nearest point of sale, click on “Dealers” on this website. Our dealers are experts, and will be able to support you in the best possible way.

- Are all models on display in the showroom?
Generally speaking, every model that is currently included in the collection, can be seen in our showroom. However, you are advised to contact us in advance if you want to see a specific model.

 



- My model does not have a PDF information file to download.
Sitting Vision strives to have the correct information for each model, but it can happen that because of quick development or changes some files are not up-to-date.
